The Trump administration is building a border wall through critical jaguar habitat in Arizona's San Rafael Valley. To make way for the wall, government contractors blew up part of the Coronado National Memorial in early December. The Department of Homeland Security issued a series of waivers earlier this summer to fast-track construction and sidestep over two dozen environmental protection laws.
