The manager told me that it had been more than 90 days since I bought them and Harbor Freight would not give me an exchange, refund or store credit. Harbor Freight sells highly defective products.

I've been customer purchasing from Harbor Freight for many years, but I refuse to buy anything else from them because of a hypocritical situation that occurred today.

With low prices and quality tools, its a win-win situation. I look forward to checking my email and seeing whats on sale this weekend or when the next parking lot sale will be.

Feb 25, 2023 · Getting a Hercules 7/9 inch Grinder from Harbor Freight to fill the gap. Unless service get out tool back in 2-3 weeks, our company will move away from Milwaukee tools for all future buys.
