As you're getting your Microsoft 365 business subscription set up, you'll want to download and install your Microsoft 365 apps, like Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint, on your PC or Mac.
From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Office product you want to install and select Install. To install Office in a different language, or to install the 64-bit version, use the dropdown to find more options.
Use the Office offline installer to install Office 2016 or Office 2013 if you don't have an active Internet connection or you're having problems with slow speed or unreliable connections.
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, and choose Office software. Under Language, choose the language you want, and then choose Install. When prompted, choose Run. When asked, Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?, choose Yes. When installation is complete, you can take the tour if you like.
If you need to re-install the Office or Microsoft 365 apps, we recommend that you uninstall Office first. After you've uninstalled the apps, follow the steps below.
With Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Premium , you can install Microsoft 365 on all your devices and sign in to five at the same time - that means you can use Office no matter where you are or what device you're on. This includes PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones.
If your purchase of Office or Microsoft 365 came with a product key, you enter your product key on one of the websites listed below for your product. After you enter your key, you can download and install Office, or you can renew your Microsoft 365 subscription.
In any Microsoft 365 app, select the app name (such as Word or PowerPoint) menu at the top of your screen. Close any open documents and restart all Microsoft 365 apps you may have open so the license refresh can take effect.
