"Absolutely the worst furniture-buying experience of my life.\nI received my furniture from Morris Home on Saturday at 11:50 AM, and within minutes I realized the furniture was broken, unsafe, and completely unstable. The bed was literally in a dangerous condition, falling apart as if it had been thrown together in a hurry. I went to the store 30 minutes after delivery to report it, and instead of helping me, they pushed me off to customer care.\nAnd that's where the nightmare truly began.\nCustomer care scheduled a "technician" to call me within 72 hours. They kept asking me to send photos -- which I had already shown the store salesperson, who agreed it was improperly assembled by THEIR delivery/assembly team, the same people I paid and tipped. But when customer care looked at the photo, they had the nerve to say, "Maybe you moved it, that's why it happened."\nExcuse me?\nIf simply moving a $2,500 piece of furniture causes it to fall apart, what kind of cheap, unsafe, low-quality product are they selling? What a ridiculous and insulting explanation.\nEvery interaction with their staff -- from the store to the customer service line -- was the same: unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and completely unfit for their jobs. Every question I asked was met with, "We don't have that information." Then why are you even working there?\nEven worse, the store employees don't even know customer care operating hours. I called customer care more than 25 times before finally getting a callback. Absolutely unacceptable.\nFinally, I decided to return everything.\nAnd guess what? Another horrible process. They refused to refund delivery fees, even though THEY delivered defective, dangerous furniture. At this point, we decided losing that money was still better than keeping their cheap, poorly assembled furniture in our home.\nMorris Home (and Ashley, since they are related brands) is clearly a business that wants to push sales, not provide any level of service, honesty, or quality. After this experience, I went back and read the online reviews -- and I regret ignoring them. Everything people complain about is real, and I'm experiencing it firsthand.\nSave yourself the stress, money, and frustration. Stay FAR away from this store.\nTerrible quality, terrible service, terrible attitude. I trusted them -- and now I'm paying the price."
